Making Executive Decisions For Your Life!

On your journey to receiving all God has for you there are key decisions that have to be made. These key decisions will shape not only how you get to where God wants you to be but also help you to gain wisdom and clarity on your life’s purpose.

“Everything that glitters is not gold,” as the old folks would say. Every opportunity that presents itself may look and sound good but may not be the right opportunity for you. If it doesn’t fall in line with what God has directed you to do or if it strays too far off the path that you are on, it’s probably not the right opportunity. These kind of opportunities may come when you are focused on getting what God says you can have. Saying No in life is just as important as saying Yes! Some things that come to us are not for us. The devil can present what may seem like a great opportunity to distract you from where God is bringing you to. We have to recognize and realize what those opportunities look like so we can carefully weed out what is not for us!

This has recently happened to me, I am currently going through a process that is sending me to the next level in my life. Over the past 5 months or so I have experienced different trails and lessons that has gotten me to the place I am today. If it was not for these specific things happening, some were super awesome, some were not so great, I would not have learned the lessons needed to rise to the next level of my journey. Within this process I have opened my heart to new things, had some great experiences and also rid myself of some things and people. I’ve also had to say No to some opportunities that sounded great! I’ve said Yes to the things God has planted within my heart although some may think I should be doing otherwise. I have chosen to make some sacrifices and be patient so I can get to where God is leading me! It’s definitely not the easiest thing to do but I know it will be worth it!

Anything God has told me to do I am doing it, even if it seems to be difficult or if I can’t see the end result. I know God has never led me wrong and as long as I keep moving forward with my spirit man first I will not be disappointed! And of course because God can’t fail and I’m in partnership with Him neither can I! Continue to make Executive Decisions For Your Life! Don’t be afraid to say No to something that is not particularly in line with your journey! Say Yes to those things that are not only worth your time, skills, gifts and talents but are desires of your heart! God has placed those desires there so you can act on them! Say No to people, things and activities that are not in line with what God has told you to do, things that are wasting your time! Do and participate with people and activities that support your journey to living the life God has designed just for you! Don’t be afraid to step up and make the right decisions for your life! God has given you the wisdom and clarity to do so! God will always be on our sides leading and guiding us, but He gives us everything we need to make the right decisions! Achieving Your Dreams Is Worth The Sacrifice!!

Have you ever wondered why living your dream doesn’t come easy? Why does it take so long? Why can’t I live my dreams now? Why do I have to work so hard and give so much before my dream comes true? These are valid questions that every Dream Chaser asks, it is something within you that doesn’t want to give up until you are living your dream! This is because God made you for more, you were made to pursue the dreams and desires God has placed in your heart! You were made to fulfill your life’s purpose, be an example in the earth and make a difference in others lives by being true to your life’s journey! God has chosen you!

Sometimes it can take a while to realize what your purpose is or what you were made to do. It is important to discover what you are good at, what your gifts and talents are so that you can pursue them and ultimately live your dreams. Dream Chasing is not for the faint of heart, although the end result is always good the process to get there can be grueling! The purpose of the process is to teach you all the things you will need to know once you finally achieve your dream. The journey on the way there is the most valuable even though it may not seem that way now. With God by your side remember you can do what seems impossible and you can have all that God promised you!

The key to fueling your dreams is remembrance. Remember why you started to pursue your dreams in the first place, remember where you were when you started and remember how you got to the place you are in today! It may not be exactly where you want to be but the level of your life has progressed and increased! You are well on your way! Sacrificing is a part of the process! If you feel that you may have lost some things or people along the way God will return those things to you 100 fold! The people who are meant to be in your life will be and those that may have left this earth and are now in heaven are rooting for you just as much as  if they were here! So now it is up to you to continue going through the process, God will give you everything you need as long as you keep the faith! Continue to trust in God and His way and sooner than you think you will be living your dream!

I personally tell myself this and I will share it with you “Try Your Best To Enjoy The Journey To Your Dream”. Everything may not be exactly like you pictured it but I believe everything is for a purpose. If something is delayed, then it is for a reason, if one job offer didn’t work out that is for a reason. I am always trying my best to stay positive, optimistic and to know what God has for me is mine and no one person, thing or situation can change that! If you have some down time try to enjoy it, do something that you always wanted to do, try something new, read a new book, explore life! It is not just success we want, but what happens on the way there is what makes it all count!

Happy Hump Day! 🙂
