Relationships!

10/20/2021

Relationships make up the majority of our social and personal lives as the people who are included in it as well as those who interact with us. Most of the time it seems as if we have a revolving door of people in and out of our lives throughout our journey. It is important to recognize those people God has strategically placed in our lives to be there for us and with us for the long haul.

Let’s face it, relationships are difficult even those that are positive and giving can present challenges down the line. What we want to pay attention to are those relationships that continue to push us to be the people God has created us to be. Sometimes cleaning up the relational area of life has to be done. Unfortunately, every person we come into contact with is not a person that will positively contribute to our life’s journey 100% of the time. Instead of focusing on those people we should forgive and let those types of people go. I’ve heard God whisper to me many times that everyone can’t come. (With me on my journey as it progresses)

Some people are not meant to be a part of your life at this particular time or a particular time in the future. This doesn’t mean that you did something wrong or that you need to change something about yourself to be more pleasing to someone who is not meant to be in your life in the first place. It is always okay to reflect on how we can improve ourselves when it comes to having relationships with others. Because God will never lead us wrong we can trust Him to bring those people into our lives who are intentionally living a life that is pleasing to God and therefore intentional in a relationship with you.

Our relationship with God should fuel every decision in our lives, especially the ones that pertain to people. God will always keep our hearts safe by allowing people to reveal themselves for who they truly are and not who they pretend to be. We do not have to go through life being afraid of being hurt and closing ourselves off because of past hurts. God Is the healer and protector of our hearts. We can allow ourselves to live freely without fear, being boldly confident that there are people who love us, encourage us, and are placed in our lives to uplift us in our life’s journey.

Trust God to bring into your life all that your heart desires! Never forget God Got Us!

With Love,

JB ❤️
