Standing Strong In The Midst Of A Storm!

So many things and people are a part of the experiences we have throughout our life’s journey. Most of the time these experiences cause us to have either negative or positive feelings about the thing or person within that experience. These feelings are valid and allow us to pay attention to how these experiences shape our lives. 

Those moments that bring negative feelings will only last temporarily depending on our response to them. God has given us the authority to be able to choose what and who is allowed in our lives as well as how those moments shape our future decisions. The great thing about negative feelings is that we can change them. This is an opportunity for forgiveness, letting go and setting boundaries with things and people. 

By looking at our experiences as a whole, broken down into moments we can have a different view on how to move forward from a thing or person that we have negative feelings about. We have to remember what is important, who God has created us to be and Stand Strong in the midst of difficulties, challenges and storms! If God is for us, who can be against us? 

Those experiences that bring positive feelings in our lives should be greater than the negative experiences. The choice is up to us, we get to decide what is allowed and what isn’t. Since I feel this is a profound statement I will repeat it again. We get to decide what and who is allowed to participate in our lives and what and who doesn’t! There is no reason for any of us to believe that we are not in control of what we allow. We cannot control others but we can keep God first, allow Him to lead and guide us and use the wisdom He provided for us to make more positive experiences while diminishing negative ones. 

No matter what, Stand Strong throughout all trials, tribulations and storms! God knows what is best for us and He will help us to make the decisions that will bring a great quality of life along with the life He promised us. God did not promise us a life without trouble or hardship but He did promise He will be there every step of the way as well as a solution for every problem! Never Forget, God Got Us! ?
